There I was, on my day off, 7am, watching this in bed. Of course I went to the store and bought the pecorino romano cheese, the peppercorns and some good pasta. Just ate about a pound of that shit. Celebrating the victory by going back to bed😂

Okay, so I counted about 40 turns of the pepper mill the first go, in the cold pan with the pecorino Romano. Then about 25 more turns of the pepper mill when she added the rest of the pecorino Romano. At the end, when plating, she added about 15 more twists of the pepper mill and garnished with more pecorino Romano. Looks amazing! I wish I could smell and taste it through the TV! Mangia! Grazie mille
