  I am a Master Electrician with 31 years  of experience. I've hooked up everything from a thousand PLC's VFD's you name it. I far from know everything. If someone does, you better run. My point being is I have never in my life hooked up a home generator. Thanks so much for the help and the advice sir

  My son in law is an electrician. Tuesday night, he hooked up two large generators to the business that my daughter works at. They had to wait for these large generators to be shipped from Atlanta Georgia to just outside of Tallahassee Florida. It took them nearly all night to get them hooked up and running. My wife and I are having a house built and an standby generator installed. Guess who will be installing it. LOL.

  I’m a journeyman electrician with almost 45 years of experience and have never installed a whole house generator like your Generac with an automatic transfer switch. I’ve installed my manual transfer switch and mobile generator and really appreciate this video. Thank you sir!

  Get you a silicon wedding ring.  You will thank me.  Mine got caught in the tread of a step ladder and almost skinned my ring finger.  Prevents shock, cutting and hanging it up.  Great video.

  I'm also a master electrician with 29 years of experience but I never installed a stand alone generator because I mostly work alone and don't have a full time assistant.very informative.thank you
