  Purdy is the Curry of the Niners. Hear me out...<br><br>He allows for tons of space to open up due to his mobility. He is baby faced and also an assassin. He has that &quot;goofy kid just out there having fun&quot; kinda swagger. He leads his team to wins. And he&apos;s a killer at the end of games.

  Analysts say crap about Purdy for clicks. They can&apos;t stand he was the last draft pick. They are wrong and the scouts were wrong. They look out at outside physical traits when that is not the only thing of importance.

  the pundits can&apos;t accept that the scouting generalizations and metrics of talents are simply superficial. They can&apos;t account for the skills that reside between the ears. None of the QBs in his draft class are worthy to hold his jockstrap

  He leads the league in hitting alerts and is dead last in throwing to first options. He is the exact opposite of a system qb at this point, to the degree that any actually effective qb can be considered anything but a system qb.

  Preach it, brother. JFC I can&apos;t actually understand the national media takes other than ratings/clickbait. Casual fans that don&apos;t watch him and look at surface stats (like total yards and td/int ratio), sure. But nobody expects them to be smart. But so much of the national media is legitimately cringe. They state blatant falsehoods that have been repeatedly disproved over and over. But at least most of the former QBs that actually break down film know he&apos;s elite (Kurt Warner, JT O&apos;Sullivan, Chase Daniel, Alex Smith, Matt Hasselback, list goes on - Dan Orlovsky finally catching up - Chris Simms is hilariously stupid and digging his own reputation&apos;s grave).<br><br>Nevermind every single per/game or per/play metric puts him in the elite category. He&apos;s always near the top (if not #1) of the leaderboards in Total QBR, passer rating, epa/play, success rate, 3rd down %, YPA, comp %, Total TD%, scramble for first down %, rushing ypc, pressure to sack ratio, winning %, playoff wins, playoff game winning drives (he&apos;s literally 7th ALL-TIME &nbsp;in this category after just 4 seasons), yards per game, deep throw comp %, passer rating outside the pocket. He never stepped off the field without the lead in the &apos;23 Superbowl. <br><br>Only QB&apos;s in NFL history to have 30 wins + 100 total TDs in their first 51 games: Marino, Warner, Big Ben, Luck, Mahomes, Allen... and Purdy. These are facts. He&apos;s had one of the greatest first 50 games of any QB&apos;s career ever. <br><br>&quot;Oh but measurables.&quot; Yeah? Well his 10 yard split is on par with Lamar, and faster than CMC. His 40 yard dash was only 0.04 behind Mahomes. His arm strength measured significantly stronger than Lamar&apos;s. His height and weight is the same as Hurts (and only 1 inch shorter than Mahomes - we saw them stand side by side at the SB festivities and you can barely see a difference). His arm has visibly strengthened every year, and he&apos;s always at the top of deep passing accuracy. Every single argument falls short.<br><br>&quot;Oh but weapons and system.&quot; So you&apos;re saying Kyle Shanahan and his weapons is superior to Andy Reid and the Chiefs weapons over the last 10 years? REALLY? What about Mcvay and the Rams having the best WR duo in the NFL?<br><br>The ONLY thing I will grant critics is his interception percentage. Yes, he can be risky. But guess what? His production is as good as any QB in the league, so I&apos;ll take it when you have a gunslinger that also runs the scramble drill as good as anyone.<br><br>Dude&apos;s elite, and if he keeps it up, he could become an all-timer. My comp is Brees in the pocket and Russ outside of it. And clearly has the clutch gene.
