I think you hit the nail on the head, Guy.

The absolute way the Niners win the SB this season, Brock Purdy has to perform at an MVP level.

This season could be Brock Purdy/Kyle Shanahan's Mona Lisa. It's such a treat to witness it one week at a time.

The play when Purdy was being chased to the sideline and threw a jump pass, almost made the play!

5:30 fingers crossed the injuries slow down and the defense is building a bigger callous for later in the year... 🤞🏾

Brock is playing just absolutely bananas, and it looks like we need him to at this rate. Also don't forget Warner (just a measly 17 tackles vs Arizona lol). The centerpiece player on both sides of the ball is outrageously good, and that's holding the team together.

Very cool for you to bring up Mike Krukow. I had that on at the same time and watched the ceremony. Really gonna miss him. I grew up in Sac and became a huge Giants fan in the early 90's, so Kruk is just part of my sports dna. Will be so odd with him not calling games. Atta babe!

It was obvious to me after 2023 but, yes, he continues to improve and is one of the best shows in football.

The biggest thing to consider. None of these are "season ending" injuries. At some point, all these guys will be back. That's the difference between last year and this, that "out for season" tag. We have to weather the storm, it looks like everyone across the league is dealing with injuries. If Niners beat Seattle in 2 weeks, they'll have a 2 game lead on them and Rams. Take care of business the next 2 weeks and Niners are in very good shape.

What separates Evans from other WRs is that he is smart and has good hands in addition. Not giving his CB any idea that a pass was incoming is next level good. No wonder he’s headed to Canton.

This season with Evans is a casting call to the rest of the NFL receiving corps. Next year and many to follow, guys like Jefferson, JSN, etc. will be foaming at the mouth for an opportunity to play with Purdy!
