  Story 4: I have a baking business and I can’t control what my customers do after they take their cake home. That’s why I take pictures before pickup and post to my socials that way everyone knows what MY work is. If OP took pics of the original cupcakes she should just let it go.

  The woman picking up the cupcakes had no idea what they looked like before she entered the baker's home, yet she was fully equipped with things to "embellish" those same cupcakes before even seeing them, even though she was quite specific with exactly how she wanted them to look and taste when she ordered them. She had no intention of just picking up cupcakes early because her schedule changed: she had already decided she was going to change them and needed the time to do so, thus the "excuse" of having to pick them up early.

  I love hearing other people who are introverts but then also end up enjoying themselves when they are actually at the party. Like the anticipation is much worse than the actual event.

  About celebrating people in general. My husband does not like his birthday so I just pick random days and celebrate him. He is always surprised and he loves it

  NTA...... He needs to take that same energy and try to make new friends. His face falling has nothing to do with a good employee. This This screams emotional affair!!

  Story #2: OP is opening emotionally manipulative, saying “what you want and I’m ’totally fine’ with it” while OBVIOUSLY not being fine with it, and knowing full well he likely wanted the opposite, YTA big time
