  This is really irking me.... This dude knew how these kids were being treated, he says it himself how cuckoo Jodi was in his presence, knew the kids were with her, he participated in extreme punishments on camera, left his kids and had no contact for a year and now he wants money?? Money that should exclusively go to his children? This guy should be in jail or also have a lawsuit against him for negligence and abandonment.

  I do think the kids that suffered physical abuse are entitled to money and should be put into trust fund. I don't trust Kevin Franke any more than Ruby and Jodi.

  EW. Kevin didn't know what was happening with his children because he never checked! That's on him. Him suing is disgusting. Yet another adult in these poor children's lives putting themselves before the kids 😢

  My opinion... Kevin Franke is just as guilty as the 2 dirtbags who were convicted... He abandoned his own children because he was overly obsessed with his wife... Him suing Jodi on his own behalf is just greedy and gross. He couldn't have cared less about his children, period.

  Kevin Franke shouldn't even get to see any of the children, or be anything like a guardian, while they're minors, let alone profit from any money.

  I think Kevine should thank his lucjy stars that he isn't in a jail as well. Jodi is a monster but so are him and his wife.

  Despicable Kevin Franke..a money grab off the backs of the children that endured and survived more than this poor excuse of a father could have ever. The only way money should be awarded should be placed in an account for RF and EF out of reach  exploiting parents. Just throw Kevin Franke in prison too!!

  He's just as guilty as Ruby. He stood by like a little B and allowed his children to be abused. Lock him up too!!!

  He’s not innocent he knew exactly the way they were raising the kids. He was in the videos years ago.
