  I served at DaNang  air base, my daughter was born with bladder valves missing and has learning disabilities. I have a lot of health problems. Our government gave 60 million dollars to Vietnam to help clean up the agent orange contamination but does not give anything to vets that were stationed there. I gave up on the VA because I am tired of it and do not need the stress at this stage of my life. I probably do not have much time left and do not want to waist time on fighting the VA.

  I slogged through dead and dying plants without knowing even what agent orange was or that we were trying to remove jungle cover with it. The VA later told me that I had operated in the combat area most spread with agent orange. While many with whom I trudged through the jungle were felled by bullets and shrapnel but I didn’t get by a single piece of metal. But now, just short of 60 years later I’m still being treated for the deadly cancers that have wracked my body. I’m waiting right now for word about yet another set of nodules found with ultrasound tests.

  My Dad, my best friend, passed away after he suffered from Breast Cancer, then brain cancer, then bone cancer.  Thanks Agent Orange!!!

  My Dad passed away last year. He suffered for years from injuries and exposure to agent orange. The Marines refused to acknowledge his exposure for years because it occurred on the wrong side of some line... 3X Complete Betrayal

  My father was a helicopter door gunner who served for 17 years in the army. He had two children before Vietnam and 4 after. He was repeatedly caught in agent orange. The two children before the war ended up being very well off in health and finances. The 4 of us who came after the war have health and mental issues. Dad ended up dying from agent orange related issues back in 98. His skin turned elephant grey and his organs failed. This stuff is a mess.

  My dad was in the US Navy from 1966-1970. He was in the Vietnam war &amp; died at the age of 46 years old from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. My mom fought like hell to prove that his cancer was from Agent Orange in Vietnam &amp; she prevailed. Nothing she received from the VA (which wasn’t much) could ever replace my dad. He was too young to die. He will never be forogtten. I love &amp; miss you Dad. ❤ RIP Jerry K. Holcomb ❤️

  I lost a great coworker a long time ago to Agent Orange. Vince had been fighting cancer for a very long time when they finally discovered the tumor behind his heart. He was a great guy to work with, and I remember one of the things that hurt him the most, besides having to leave his family, too young, was the fact that the American government swept it all under the rug and refused to acknowledge the ultimate sacrifice that he had made unbeknown to himself. Rest in peace, Vince.

  These comments mostly written by American veterans or from children of deceased soldiers died of Agent Orange. My heart and tears goes to the voiceless Vietnamese and their tragic stories we will never learned from... ❤

  An older man, my friend, died ten years ago from brain cancer. He told me that in Vietnam they sprayed Agent Orange right on top of the men, he said it was like a light rain, a drizzle. RIP Mel.

  I was in a boat on a river in the Mekong Delta in the fall of 1962 when three Ranchhand C-123 came over spraying. &nbsp;I felt the cool mist settling on my face and arms. &nbsp;I have a twin brother who was not in Vietnam. &nbsp;I have the Agent Orange cancer, blood pressure, and skin problems while my brother has none of these symptoms.
