Mark but he didn't go M.A.D. and was now stuck grieving over "Cesar's" death (depends on if this is an AU, where Cesar DID die, or lived.).. Great cover either way!

I feel like it would be Cesar instead of Mark standing in the bridge, like he gained some sort of self-awareness and realized he just made his best friend shoot himself.

 Mark: "Why you, Cesar?"
Me: Yo, Mark. How's it- Oh! What's wrong?
Mark: Cesar's gone... he was my only friend left...
Me: Oh... I see... I'm really sorry for your loss...
Mark: No, it really isn't your fault, Yuri... begins to sob
Me: Hey, Mark, its gonna be okay, don't worry, I will always help you whenever you want, you know... hugs
Mark: Thanks, Yuri... hugs back, but continues sobbing softly
Me: Hey, I can still hear you sobbing gently, Mark. You know you can let it all out, right?
Mark: Yeah... lets the sobbing out
Me: There, there, Mark. Its okay...
After the hug and Mark sobbing...
Me: You okay now?
Mark: Yeah... thank you so much, Yuri. You really helped me out. smiles softly
Me: No problem, Mark. I hope Cesar finds peace in heaven. He really was a loyal person as well.
Mark: You're right, Yuri. Even though we never met each other before, we could still meet up here again sometime.
Me: Yep. Even this conversation felt nice as well.
Cesar in heaven: Those two get along just fine. smiles I hope they find peace in the world.

This version sounds so much sadder than the original.

It would be so cool if the tags the victim and the perpetrator slowly faded and was replaced with victim 1 and victim 2
