Hey everyone, thanks for watching, I thought I should mention, if you want to have just darkness whilst the car is driving along, the lights stop passing by after 1 hour into the video 🙂

This is so nostalgic. I think we all remember falling asleep in the backseat of the car when we're kids. Mixed with the rain, it's perfect. So peaceful. 💯😌

And not a single pothole? Suspicious.

When you're a kid and you fall asleep in the car only to wake up somewhere inside your home, that's one of the strangest but best feelings out there.

It's 8pm. You're 6 years old. You're catching a quick nap. You're sleepy but also excited. This is because you're on your way home with some McDonalds and that Super Nintendo game you REALLY wanted.

gorgeous memories of lying in the back of my Dad's old Rover car, covered with a blanket, hearing and seeing rain on the windows. parents chatting, but not hearing them in the front, totally lulled by the movement and the rain. felt cosy and constant. lovely video to which to dream. thank you from Manchester England.

If you’re feeling anxious or lost, remember this moment will pass. Brighter days are coming. This made me tear up a bit… it’s so calming.

Falling asleep in the back of the car as a kid is one of the most universal experiences

I miss this when i was a kid, sometimes pretending to fall asleep and knowing each corner/turn and street lights on how close you were at your house.

I miss being a kid. No responsibilities. NO BILLS. I was a happy kid. Im 33 now.
I'm lowkey over it.
Over being used and abused, getting treated like crap.
not being heard from anyone.
The world is also in a mess, its hard to be happy when everything else around you is hapening 😅

This is so immersive it's incredible 😍 I always loved falling asleep in a car as a kid when we were returning home late. Watching passing street lights, listening to calming sounds around... This atmosphere brought some really warm childhood memories 💜

Most people clicked at approximately 6:00:00 on this video... suggesting that the majority wakes up after 6 hours of sleep 👀

Anyone else who comforts themselves with this video to sleep by imagining you're just a kid again, with father driving the car, mother beside him. For me my sister is sitting on my left side, also sleeping. It's really nice and comforting, I miss these days
