  Nice video, &nbsp;Mark. I recently purchased the 2019 R1250RT 719 Edition. It probably just me, but I love the analog guage over the TFT screen on the late model RT&apos;s. Thx again for sharing your experiences.

  2018 Mars Red r1200rt. Last year of production. 14k miles Love it. &nbsp;2019 came with the 1250. &nbsp; I got it for 5k off, because the new 19`s had arrived.

  Hi Mark, Thank you for all of your content. If you are ever in the Goodyear area, Please lets get together for breakfast, dinner, coffee etc. I have had probably 30 motorcycles over my lifetime. Loved my 2018 goldwing DCT. Just purchased 2026 BMW R1300 RT with ASA etc.Hope you are doing well.

  I have the 2019 version, same color &amp; everything else. I&apos;ve just about 36,000 miles been riding BMW&apos;s last 30 years, mostly K bikes &amp; an S1000RR was my track bike. This year will mark 60 yrs of Motorcycling . What I&apos;ve found out about this bike is its an amazing machine, shiftcam is so cool it handles like a sportbike &amp; stops on a dime. Does everything you could possibly want in a motorcycle. I&apos;m an &nbsp;enthusiast at heart and this bike performs very well indeed 😊

  I have the 2019 version of this bike, same color. I have put 25000 miles on it. Longest trip was to Alaska and Arctic Circle up to the Arctic Ocean (with tire changes and a GS bash plate), 8000 miles that time. &nbsp;I lowered the pegs 3/4 inch. Great bike, no plans to change to the new ones. I don’t need a GS for that trip or gravel and dirt roads. I loved having the true GPS separate nav system being redundant with my phone, also that you can overlay weather info and warnings onto the map. That actually helped me avoid a tornado up in Canada on the way. 45 mpg for that trip and as an average overall. No drama on that trip or the Iron Butt run I did. No regrets!

  Mark, very good video you presented, that part on the engine was spectacular, I really appreciate your doing this 5 year review, very informative. I have I have the same model minus 50cc and 3 years and mine is white, I choose it as it stands out really well. Same philosophy for my helmet - always white. Watching your video makes me want one now. I look forward to your upcoming review of a 1300. Thanks again Mark.

  Interesting how the shift cam switches. I could definitely hear it. I have the 2014 RTW and never have had an issue although with the new driveshaft campaign the local dealership installed a new driveshaft and of course no cost to me. I brought the bike in at 30,000 miles with no complaints but asked them to check the driveshaft anyway which they did and apparently found it had an issue and put in a new one. That is an awesome thing for all of us owning an RT or GS.
