  I don’t end up watching your videos much anymore, but I came to say this: your videos were life changing for me last year when I went through an emotionally wrecking breakup. Well, fast forward 1 year: I am the most confident I’ve ever been in my life- my career, the way I look, the way I treat myself, everything has changed 10x for the better. And I still remember crying on the hotel bathroom floor hiding from family during vacation watching your videos on anxious attachement. Thank you so much 🙏🏽<br>And yes, my ex did come begging back lol and I still loved him but I finally loved myself more enough to say No, you do NOT get a second chance, bye.

  I once dated a guy who had no patio furniture on his back deck <br> I suggested a table and chairs set would be lovely and practical for his backyard and he freaked out and said I&apos;m smothering him 💔<br>You can never say the right thing to the wrong person or the wrong thing to the right person 😢

  It’s hard to tell if you are dating a good man when in the beginning most of them act much better than they really are. Sometimes its just dumb luck finding the sincere one

  Some are not interested in the mutual relationship with concepts like “our,” “we,” “us.” Those frustrate them, but they seek “their” relationship.<br>When the boundaries set fuel an existing massive fire prior to the relationship, it most certainly won’t be a relationship in the mutual sense, and the psychosomatic harm will indeed carry in the body over time.<br>If she or he often has to excuse or rationalize their poor behavior that leads to conflicts with “Sorry, however…,” “Yeah, I was wrong, BUT…,” “Alright, we can agree to disagree, umm, however, actually I still don’t fully disagree…,” “Yeah, you never… you always… and my partner needs to be perfect without imperfections or else I will catastrophize minor slips into inherent character traits…”
