  One thing to clarify, when I said that $1300 from eBay isn't very good, that's very relative.  There was a time in my business where I would have been ecstatic about that.  So please don't get discouraged if you've started out and you heard me say that it's not good.  Keep grinding!

  Sports cards are very slow right now too. It's a general thing. The stuff that is moving is higher priced cards. Lower end is very very slow

  From what I’ve heard about eBay, not just from TCG sellers, you have to consistently list inventory in order to generate momentum.

  Great video! You have inspired me to start my TCG business. Currently, I have over 10,000 cards on eBay and over 3,500 cards sold. Usually when my sales start to get stale, I will run a discount event of 5% and a buy 3 get 1 free and just increase prices on all the cards by 10%. The discount event attracts a lot of buyers even if the cards are above market price. I appreciate your videos as they were the ones that made me start my TCG business.

  Thanks for the advice! I've had success on TCG Player and eBay so far. I'm a little less than 2 months in now. Everything listed by hand, with over 100 orders combined.

  One reason I think TCG player is much better for sell through is the fact that they have the ability to "Optimize" your order to find the lowest price that includes all cards in your order.
