  What an amazing debate. Both Iman and Gil on fire. I love both of them. I think the devil is in the details. Yes, overcoming harder stuff is more meaningful, but at the same time, when Kyrie left Cleveland to go to Boston, Lebron gave up internally or something of the like (confirmed by Iman himself in recent weeks on Gil's arena). Likewise, KD rocked with Westbrook and the team but at some point he felt their team was never going to get the pieces he needed or there may have been loss of belief in Russ also because russ was all steam ahead and less strategic (Shaq and several others pointed this out). So all in all, its complex but what do you do when contracts, coaches, ownership are not going the way you want it to, and you have spent several years trying to make it happen. At the same time, KD found out that winning in Golden State was too easy and he never got the credit for it from GS or the league so either way he was stuck in a bad situation. This is life. We are quick to judge it but heavy is the situation for the person inside the vortex. Time ain't stopping for anyone.

  We from DMV so we love Kevin and remember that series against GSW they were up 3-1 and lost that game 7 and joined those guys to beat cavs who were really the weaker team of the two they just came back to win that finals against GSW by basically a miracle <br>KD we love him he from here but he knows like u said u beat the best to get your respect and cavs wasn’t the best team at that time and we all know it

  What i don&apos;t understand is why GSW don&apos;t get more hate for GOING to get KD? Didnt they have the b2b mvp? Didn&apos;t they go to b2b finals? 73-9 right? When you&apos;re a free agent you allowed to be recruited by every team even if teams know they dont have a chance but its worth a try right? As a team are you not allowed to better your team? As a owner aren&apos;t you suppose to put the best team on the floor? If you won a chip then lost a chip are we not trying to get back? Didnt LeBron change basketball by going to Miami and teaming up so he could win? So why does kd get hate for doing basically what Bron did? I dont wanna hear that Miami wasn&apos;t good the year before because once again what is your job as the owner/president? How can brons chip count but not kd isnt this selective outrage? Basketball is meant for competition and leading YOUR TEAM if you play you better in the off-season fans changed how the nba is by putting some much stock into chips you aren&apos;t a great player if you don&apos;t win. I grew up when if a player won with his original team thats what separates him from other winners while other players was like i got to beat him next year not go team up, yes i know players couldn&apos;t move how players can do today but if we gonna criticize kd we gotta do that for damn near every team and player that has won since 2010 because only a handful won with their original team so that should mean Giannis and dirk ring should hold more weight than everybody&apos;s else&apos;s right but i know yall wont give them that. GSW had to go get kd plain and simple because they wasn&apos;t gonna beat bron again in my opinion when both teams are healthy so they had to do something to offset the cavs and bron. Yall gotta stop the selective outrage too many people in the world are having their opinions and its messing up the game

  Shumpert didn&apos;t lie about shit when it came to cupcake and Gil trying to explain it while leaving aht supreme context clues like Durant didn&apos;t go to the team that bust his ass the year before and piggybacked off they&apos;re value and success and definitely was not the best player. Please stop that cap. The reason he was able to get off like that was because the best player was generating all that gravity.

  To say that Gll wasn&apos;t a good player in the NBA is asinine. Why do they just let anybody saying anything on this internet ? Gil averaged 20.7 points with five assists for an 11 year career. And this guy says he didn&apos;t play that long in the NBA. ? Smh. 11 years in the NBA is more than a decent career, and twice as long as the average career. Crazy thing is, I don&apos;t mess with Gil like that. I generally disagree with most of his rhetoric.

  KD was the best player on that team though. He earned his chips. If he rode the bench or didn&apos;t contribute much I&apos;d agree, but he lead that great team to victory.
