Thank you for making this video. I am 64 years old and live in East Texas. I have always loved history but was only vaguely aware of the extent of Captain Cooks final voyage. That was an epic adventure and one of the most interesting, informative and entertaining videos out of thousands I have watched. You definitely earned a like and a subscriber and hope you post more in the future. I can only imagine the effort it takes to put such an detailed and informative piece together. Thanks again and I will recommend this to my family members that share my love for history and a great adventure.

This has truly become one of my favorite YouTube channels. It’s crazy how these European explorers are looked upon negatively in modern times and they are even attempting to destroy their reputations. Telling their stories like this ( honestly) helps us understand what these brave men were attempting to do. These stories honor them and help us remember our European heritage of exploration and courage.

One of the best things about your videos? You don’t assume the reader knows some terms and you take the  time to explain. Absolutely love your videos and I’m bummed there are only five. Hurry and post again!!!

If you dropped 10 grains of sand randomly about a football field then had Captain Cook walk across that field blindfolded, he would step on every grain.

This is the first comment I’ve ever left on a video. This was absolutely phenomenal. The human narration, the visuals, and the limitless detail. Please continue making videos in this format, I’m sure it’s long and hard work but the final product is worth it. The topic of exploration is truly fascinating and reminds every one of what humans are capable of.

I’m also from Texas…Austin and Dallas…and was sadly unaware of this incredible voyage beyond what happened in Hawaii and that Wm. Bligh was a crew member on one of his trips. You are a great storyteller and editor. I loved the drawings, maps and paintings that you collected for this. What an awesome job. Very Impressive……you’re a British Ken Burns…Thank you.

That is the most detailed story I've heard of Captain Cook's last expedition in my 60 years! Very compelling and we'll done! Thank you for all your hard work!

This was a 2.5 hour breath of fresh air. The artwork is supreme. Your narration is gold in this age of AI. This represents a huge amount of work. You have earned my first and only subscription in 15 years. Bravo.
