  Guys; except for size , Frank Lloyd Wright explored ALL of these these concepts his Japanese masterwork, the Imperial Hotel exemplifies all of these ! He then brought all of the ideas back to America and then "Americanized " them and  blended them into many houses.

  I am of two minds about this video. On the one side, the concepts presented are interesting. On the other side, there is also misinformation, bad information, and shady practices.

  I will likely never be able to afford this type of home for myself, though I believe I will utilize as many of the garden ideas for the rental homes I currently manage. So practical. Thank you

  I love the Samurai courtyard …even though Feng Sui is to leave front of house open…I think🤔. When I watched  Japanese movies I loved this…privacy and safety..👍🏻 10/10.  Also beautiful garden…🙋🏻‍♀️🇦🇺🦘

  I work in what was once a samurai neighborhood in Tokyo and unfortunately all these homes are being replaced by contemporary high rise  buildings. I think if you used some of these concepts and married some concepts of the west like radiant heating, double pane windows and good insulation, it would also be very comfortable in the winter time.

  Yes, however the cost is high but the longevity of home and are key points for me.
