This is SO SO SO helpful! Have just bought your book too. I have been attending bridge lessons for 2 hours a week but the teaching style doesn’t match my learning style… you explain it all so clearly and thoroughly. Really helpful. Thank you!

as a teenager I played Bridge with my friends at my Grandmothers house during high school. I am 73 now and retiring from owning my own business. I'm looking around and realizing that all my social connections were with freelancers that worked for me and clients who I worked for. That was not totally it but close enough. I needed to start building some new social circles and going back to my high school days drew me in. I really liked bridge but have forgotten nearly everything I ever knew. Your lessons are perfect. I like your focus on a conservative game to start. There are so many fancy dancy auction methods but to get back into the game these are really great bidding rules. Thank you and I'm heading to your web site somewhere in this process to find out what more is there. But probably after I get in a local bridge group :)

I have just decided to have a go at bridge. This chanel is a great help and I really enjoy the clear explainations. There is a bit to get my head around but now I am starting to understand the bidding process better. Thank You - Kev

I completed the coursework on the Tricky Bridge app. I feel like I learned a lot and yet there were so many questions I had because there's some intricacies of card play I don't understand. I guess we're not there with the technology yet but it would be great if after the hand was played you could either have the app come back through and critique your playing or have the machine play the hand and point out why it differs where it did. I was often the dummy, however by default I have to play as the declarer and I just wasn't sure about card play in the middle of the game

In this video you sort of answered one of them by explaining why you don't always just run your trumps. I'm really looking forward to continuing on with your lessons, I think having some of the play explained as it goes along is much more helpful. I'm still really confused about a lot of things, however I think continuing to search out and go over the basics is going to be very helpful. Thank you so much for going to the trouble to do all of these lessons
