I didnt understand how North will know that partner has 5 hearts. Doesnt South just need a 4 card major to bid the first time?

Maggie, this would be a lot easier for me to follow if you filmed in a classroom and handwrote the key points on a whiteboard. This isn't notetaking friendly enough and I'm still lost. Which is basically why I don't play this game anymore.

Why the examples given wrong?? There won’t be 2 cards of any suits so why are you showing both partners with king, 6 and 3 of spade?? (Eg:this video time stamp <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2csDAcFwD_8&t=170">2:50</a>)
