I think what Giovanni was articulating is that shoemakers are craftsmen. In the age of AI, having a true craft is definitely a good thing. The same goes for cooking—until robots can actually cook, we’re all craftsmen in the kitchen.<br><br>Definitely going to try this one!

So I’ve been making this for decades. I thought I had invented it as I’d never seen anyone else make it. The only difference is that I add some black olives to it and sometimes a crumble or two of feta. It’s a really delicious recipe.

Giovanni, Thank you for the shoemaker pasta recipe. I made this dish for for Sunday dinner. My husband of 65 years loved this pasta. I love all your recipe. My grandparents who came from Sicily would have loved this dish.
