I get at least one customer a week send me a screen shot of ebay plugs for cheaper, because they think rock auto is a rip off... now i can send them this video.

The thing to understand about RockAuto is that they maintain no parts inventory of their own. They drop-ship through established regional parts distributors who are obtaining their own inventory primarily through official channels.
