  My dad owned a few over the years. He absolutely loved them. Only thing quicker than the 0-60 was how quickly they rusted.

  Everyone is mad for Fast Fords (Guilty) But I think these Maestro’s are so underrated and you must have one of the nicest examples in the country.

  I had a red D reg MG Maestro 2.0 EFI back in the day. Absolutely loved it. Fast Fords? Pah !! Blew them all away. I had a go in a Turbo and it was amazing. I was way behind it acceleration wise. A bloody quick car in standard form !! I had mine for 10 years before the ( then ) wife killed it in an accident. No rust ,no mechanical issues, just a great car. I would have another one in a heartbeat if I could find a good one, particularly a Turbo. In red naturally !!

  Really enjoyed your video, love the fact that the paint on the inside of your bonnet is like a mirror! Finally putting my Turbo back together after a very long stalled rebuild, also sorting through a tonne of spare parts I&apos;m never going to use!

  Wow, I had one in the 90&apos;s - British Racing Green - The best colour in my opinion. &nbsp;But what a great video and fantastic to see a true classic back on the road - well done, and thanks for sharing.
