  I was traversing around Honolulu, Hawaii this morning.  I was really admiring FLAC music on my Sony NW-A45 Walkman.  I connected my Altec-Lansing Bluetooth headphones that I bought @ a Ross: Dress for Less for $24.99.  : - )

  I’ve owned every iteration of the A&K SP series and I find the SP4000 to be their best offering since the company’s beginning.  It’s a neutral sounding player that leans on the warmer side and is very musical.  You will hear every note, detail with excellent imaging & soundstage.  Is it worth the extra cost?  That depends on where you’re are in acquiring the best performance possible in this hobby.  You’re going to pay more for the build quality, design and craftsmanship.  It is what it is.

  I am going with the Fiio M21 DAP and the Meze 109 pro.  I am V shaped listener and this will be just fine for me

  I have a Sony NW-A45 Walkman got it for 130$ it’s my everyday device I also have a iPod but that is just because I wanted one 😂

  I’m happy with my FiiO M21, but would be nice to listen to any of those DAPs just to hear the $3,500 price difference 😊
