  I prefer native, but I still see value in abstractions like React Native, even if AI is writing all the code. It&apos;s still much faster for a small team with AI to generate, iterate, deploy, maintain and support a cross-platform full-stack project in a single high-level language (TypeScript) than their native alternatives. So fundamentally the development patterns are the same as they use to be, the difference is that moving between approaches is now much faster and cheaper. Why are frontier AI-labs still building their desktop apps with TypeScript and Electron?

  I think irs interesting that it is so common to argue that ai still does mistakes, but its not that often that its compared to humans making mistakes. If self drivining cars is safer than humans, we will use them. If llms is better and muuuuch faster than humans to poop out code (to use cjs wording) we will use it. It is still very fun to see people going through the stages that dhh is talking anout. I have always been programming to create things, and have loved ai from the first versions as it has been some kind if improvent to my workflow to get to what i want to get done. Its fun to see people putting so much effort in trying to explain why its not that good really and not reeeeally ready yet maybe and in the next video changing a bit more towards accepting it.

  I still use meteor, since I leveled up a decade ago,. Today my meteor shell extension in pi is my most useful tool. &nbsp;AI loves meteor packages too btw. &nbsp;❤
