  The Indians are not here by accident. The Thai bureau of Tourism is advertising and incentivizing &nbsp;Indians to come to Pattaya! This is very obvious!

  Indians first began arriving to Pattaya in large groups during the Summer of 2008 around the same time as the Chinese and Russians. The global recession had a huge impact on the amount of English, Americans and Australians traveling to the Land of Smiles which appears to have carried over all these years later.
