  My favorite legal movie is 12 Angry Men. It is not the trail but the jury deliberation. I would love to hear a lawyers take on what they think actually happens in a jury room.

  Hey! Love your videos! Just wanna clear some stuff up!<br>1. In the first scene, yes, you’re correct, the witness is defending himself. It’s not a criminal case, just a lawsuit. There was an accident between the lawyer with his personal driver and a taxi driver. The taxi driver sued the personal driver, but when the taxi guy found out the driver works for the lawyer, he added the lawyer to the lawsuit because the lawyer is responsible for the personal driver’s actions on the job.<br>2. In the last scene, it wasnt actually a court case! It was just a deposition, and the prosecutor had said early on in that scene that she wanted the deposition in the court room to give the witness an idea of what it will be like in court to intimidate him. <br>Great work! I love suits and have watched all of it probably over a dozen times. I love seeing criticism on the show though!
