  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yu3_2VojChE&amp;t=143">2:23</a> the fact that Multiverse was even allowed to be a nominee. Blows my mind. There should be a strict role when it comes to game awards that no game an open beta or even alpha should be allowed to be nominated for any award UNTIL IT IS OFFICIALLY RELEASED!!! How that is not already a roll blows my fucking mind because like this example how the game is marketed presented and monetized affects how good the game actually is and you don’t know any of these things until after the game is officially released!!!

  Madden 2004 winning Game of the Year at Spike TV’s first-ever Video Game Awards was odd. They voted a Football game over GTA: Vice City, Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Star Wars: KOTOR, and the original Splinter Cell for Game Of The Year.
