Sad that you did not talk to us first. I invite you back to see the renovation finished now. This was a 2.6 million dollar renovation that was totally paid for by savings with NO HOA increase. Our HOA has deep pockets , great reserves, and well run with no drama. Legacy does not have the problems that neighboring communities have with restaurant and golf course bleeding the communities. We have over 5 miles of walking paths that are easy to maintain. We have 17 ponds. We are a nature community. Rodellos can be accessed by golf cart, but because it in not part of Legacy it costs us nothing. We have the best HOA deal of any community around here. All of our homes are concrete block and stucco. Large lots, sidewalks, and streetlights.....things the other communities do not have. I moved here from The Plantation and consider this a huge upgrade and the best deal.

A negative to us after living on golf course - they cut the grass everyday early early. Was not issue when we worked but now retired - NO THANK YOU

Truth is Florida is becoming very expensive. Im glad i vought mine years ago but still prices are way up.
