  What this video gave me:<br>1. People around you matter <br>2. Their life bleeds into you<br>3. Things are going to go wrong and it&apos;s ok<br>4. Certain level of stress is good. It builds resilience <br>5. Chronical stress is bad<br>6. Identity vs instrumental (mission oriented) personality<br>7. You&apos;re not that special<br>8. Let children struggle and figure it out if they&apos;re not hurt<br>9. Let them fail well<br>10. Parents are not gonna be around their kids forever. Kids should learn to handle it themselves. <br>11. Personality types: lion, T-Rex, mouse, monkey. All can be good or bad<br>12. Shut up and watch. They&apos;ll show you who they are<br>13. We&apos;re all becoming not so empathetic (= narcissistic)<br>14. What are you feeding your mind? <br>15. Take a moment to notice something good in your life<br>16. Be in the state of moving forward<br>17. Know yourself and what works for you<br>18. 70% of people have been exposed to some kind of trauma/ tragedy <br>19. Take that experience, learn from it and move forward <br>20. Therapy is different for different people<br>21. You can &quot;sell&quot; any harm (you cause) to yourself<br>22. Don&apos;t label the person, label the behaviour. You&apos;ll make better choices<br>23. Complexities muddy the water. That&apos;s why we make bad decisions sometimes

  The covert narcissist is the worst to be in a relationship with because everyone else thinks they are so kind and giving. They will help strangers but do nothing for their family. They volunteer to get praise, not for the sake of helping others.

  Lewis - I&apos;m age 74 female, never married, moved around alot, lifetime, adventurer. I got rid of unproductive friendships.<br>Now, I have no friends or family relationships.<br>I have a bunch of physical &amp; mental problems last 1.5 yrs. Stuck. EVA P. has helped me alot to get back into &quot;Instrumental focus&quot;!!!<br>Stuff happens!!! Must move on!!! Thanks for a great interview!!!
