I had been struggling with IBS for almost 4 years, and it had started affecting my daily life. I tried treatment at different places but didn’t get the relief I was looking for. After taking consultation from Mahaveer Ayurveda Wellness and following the personalized diet plan along with yoga and pranayama, I started noticing improvement. Within around 2 months, my condition improved significantly. It has been almost 1 year since I stopped the medicines, and I am able to eat normal food now. ❤️

Suffering with IBS, rice, bread, dried fruits, cheese (unless it's home made white cheese) milk (unless is straight from the animal), paprika, onion, and any foods that ferment in the stomach, affect me, also sesame seeds (also gives me inflamation in the entire body especially in my joints). Might be other foods, but can't remember now. After watching your video, i realised i have mixed IBS. Also i have Fibromyalgia and I'm trying as much as possible to avoid carbs and fried foods. I also stopped using frying oils, I'm using butter, lard, ghee, fat straight from the anmal to cook y meals. I can say i am eating mostly meat, like beef, lamb chicken and fish, and that is medium grilled in the pan, boiled or BBQ and salats from timevto time. I rarely eat sweets, sauses are done in the house. I'm also tryig to avoid crisps, so I'm having home made pork skin or hard mealted cheese just to treak my brain. If I'm craving sweets, i just get a grain of celtic salt and put it under my tongue. With all of this, i still have problems with my stomach, now waiting for a gastroendoscopy due to a scan that showed a gastroduodenitis, double folded bile and kidney stones- waiting for CT scan. I in fact present with symptoms of ulcer and cancer, but that's to be discovered what actually is, also will be tested for h.pilory. I am really concerned might be cancer, as my father has prostate cancer stage 4, and from my mother's side, quite few relative have/had different types of cancer.

I am having Ibs since past 20 years.
Dont panic about anything, that increases the conditions severe.
Take food in time. If you are normal weight( I am 36 kg) eat fermented rice once in a week, curd with pure milk.
Eat fruits that is easily accepted by your stomach. The only fruit I eat without fear is red banana, karpooravalli banana, kirni fruit, some times papaya, like that.
The good medicine is stress free, commitment free life.

I've been doing the low fodmap diet for a couple weeks now and I'm doing way better. But I'll tell you now it's HARD AF! No garlic no onion! That's in EVERYTHING! Then all the other you can't eat! It's so hard. But it works. Definitely quit high Fructose Corn syrup!!
