I wish more people would not buy here. I wish even more would move somewhere else. People swarmed our towns and now towns of 30k have 60k and no infrastructure to support it. Then people are just rude.

I'm a native Middle Tennessean, and own my home. But I'd love that little brick in Decatur county!

Number one reason Why I turned down those good deals is the home could not pass a home inspection. Turned down one just last Friday. Everyone had had serious issues or ton and tons of issues or was in a mild to medium flood plain.

Tennessee has three sections and we (Tennesseans) tend to stay in our region. I wouldn’t move to West Tennessee and nothing good in East Tennessee sits around for long - even now. Anything built before 1987 most likely has asbestos somewhere and before 1978 it’s asbestos and lead paint.

I used to live in Bristol Tennessee by myself, and I loved it. It's mountainous and cold in the winter but if you like that it's a good area. Especially when you could get so much fresh air. I had to leave for family reasons, but I wish I could move back.

Tennessee people are a down and warm people, but they are like everywhere they want jobs to help support the influx of people and to leave the landscape alone in the process.

The tri cities area or Nashville is good for for modern people and others are more for farmers and with good Christian families. It's a smokey mountain state so do expect wildfires. But they have an amazing. Fire team. I just think it's a beautiful state.
