  Love how there's scientific peer reviewed evidence that smartphones are extremely distracting behind the wheel, yet auto manufacturers keep adding bigger touchscreens and remove physical buttons

  My drivers Ed teacher told me you’re driving for yourself and everyone else on the road and that’s stuck with me forever and you can apply it to allot of things in life.

  When I'm driving, I actively ignore my phone whilst driving. Driving and listening to music is a good detox from phones.

  Had a story about road rage.<br><br>I was doing my monthly driver school with a tutor. He shows me different roads and areas to work with and how to bypass them safely. At some point I was doing my usual stop with a car in front of me that didn&apos;t activate any of his blinkers. When I went forward he flipped me off and I didn&apos;t realize it due to checking my general surroundings. The tutor did point it out about the guy flipping the bird, we laugh it off because he didn&apos;t used his blinker to turn.<br><br>Same day, there was a bus that was behind us. The bus driver decided it was a good idea to fully cut me off, almost causing a accident, which results the tutor to send a report to HQ about it.

  A study was done years ago and said that approximately 3 out of 4 drivers on the American roads would fail their road test if their trip to their destination was being evaluated
