  I sing the National Anthem whenever I hear it. The speakers are so loud, no one can hear how bad I sound. So, I use it to my advantage, and stand, hand across my heart, and sing as loud and as proud as I can. For me, it's very emotional. I almost always get  a little teary eyed,

  My grandson actually won his division (age 5) riding a sheep at the Houston Rodeo.  He won a great silver belt buckle.  He's now 15 but I watch that video quite often.......LOL

  The really big rodeos are once a year. But, their are smaller rodeos all of the time. People are competing in their categories  (bull riding, barrel racing, etc) to make it to the finals competitions at the big rodeos.

  Yes, he is praying.  Because this is a dangerous sport.  They also pray before the Indy 500

  Funny because in the US we have this phrase "This ain't my first rodeo", which means I've been around for a while and have a lot of experience.

  Most of us are to choked up to sing. Been in America 20 yrs and it gets me every time.

  I&apos;m older. But as far back as I can remember. Anytime a funeral passes by. People pull over to the side of the road till they ALL pass. Even if in the country. If a farmer is plowing. They will stop and take off their hats. Always showing respect. This might not happen in big cities l don&apos;t know. I&apos;m a country bumpkin ❤

  Been to many NASCAR races and we sing the national anthem loudly. We also get a fly over along with it at the Texas Motor Speedway.
