Crosby has always been a humble person, good upbringing. He is one of the best. Pittsburgh is lucky the was able to draft him.

Good for Sid. He has the right to keep his personal life private. It’s really too bad he wasn’t able to play the US- Canada Olympic game. We missed his amazing hockey talent. He is a class act.

He has to be the greatest ambassador of any sport. Not a single blemish. True class act and leader and a great representation for Canada. I’ll never forget where I was when he scored the golden goal.

I’ve met Crosby many times through work, he is a very kind man. Always said hello, always shook your hand, always remembered your name. He never makes you feel small, he always treats everyone as an equal(unless your the flyers, fuck the flyers)

Humility Is probably the most impressive trait of caracter for a superstar! I love to see that on anybody, because it’s rare and to my perception, it proves that the person as a good ❤️heart! 💫🙏

This is a great player that has represented his family country and hockey well. He and Mario have set the bar high and Penguin fans have been able to watch and enjoy for many years.Thank you both.

I've seen Sid's NS home up close. I did a networking job there about 15 years ago. Beautiful place but nothing "over the top" ostentatious. It is just a beautiful home and property with a two and a half car garage that is used solely as a gym and a boathouse and dock. His dad is a no BS kind of guy who keeps an eye out for people trying to take advantage of Sid. I suspect Sid is much more independent nowadays though but his dad is definitely in his corner.

Sid was literally raised by Mario and even lived with him for years until he bought his own house nearby Mario. I’ve had the opportunity to meet them both several times and they’re super humble, friendly and pure class.
