I have eaten Chittlins but they have to be made by someone I trust as much as my mother. A potato and onions put in while cooking cuts the smell. If I could smell them at the door I wouldn’t eat there. Cooking and cleaning Chittlins isn’t for someone who hasn’t done it before or watched it done
