One of the greatest, if not THE greatest, game of all time.
The music for this game is insanely good, composed by Yasunori Mitsuda, it was his first soundtrack.

He worked so hard on it, he ended up in the hospital due to ulcers near the end of development, and Nobou Uematsu stepped in to help finish it.
30 years later, still one of the best game soundtracks of all time.

Enjoy every moment, a lot of us wish we could go back and replay it for the first time again.
This was the golden age of Squaresoft. They were unbeatable at this point in time.

Infinite props for appreciating game manuals, maps, etc. They're all such a lost facet of what games used to be. Thank you for keeping the "I've gotta read everything before I play this" tradition alive. 🙏

Oh my beloved Chrono Trigger! I wasn't expecting anything like this, but watching you unbox the OG SNES box and manual really took me back. This is my favorite game of all, I really hope you enjoy this playthrough.

I love how early video game tutorials were like: "Wanna watch us break the fourth wall? Hold my beer."

Yasunori Mitsuda is such a legendary composer. He also did the music for the sequel Chrono Cross and Xenogears

10:33 Akira Toriyama was the creator of the manga Dragonball, he wrote the story and drew all the pictures.

The Chrono Trigger intro is one of the most iconic things I ever heard/saw growing up. It's up there with FF7's intro.
