Your courage, dedication, and sacrifice will never be forgotten. <br> <br>Before making this video, I wanted to properly understand what the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier represents, and after watching the ceremony… I genuinely feel honoured to have witnessed it. <br> <br>The level of respect, discipline, and meaning behind it is something I don’t think we have anything quite like where I’m from, and it really stayed with me. <br> <br>Over the past couple of weeks, the kindness and support you’ve shown me and my family has been unbelievable.   In 2003, Hurricane Isabelle was so bad, fit the first time the sentinels were given permission to seek shelter. They refused and continued to serve and protect the Unknown Soldier.

  One of the cool facts about the sentinels is that they don’t have ranks on their uniform so as not to outrank the Unknown

  To be a Tomb Guard is one of the highest honors in the arm services.

  There is a video about what it takes to become a Tomb Guard. It is very rigorous, and very prestigious.
