Thank you, Matt, for saving this mummy bobcat who had just given birth and her three kittens. Whether you like to admit it or not, when mummy bobcat paused to look in your eyes just before disappearing in the woods with her kittens, she was saying thanks to you for saving her entire family. I also have a strong feeling that she already trusted you long before she gave birth to her kittens, as she had walked near to the den area on several occasions previously and she was aware that you saw her and this is the reason why she chose to set up her den in such close proximity to your workshop. I am not surprised that your cameras picked up her and the kittens after she was released from the sanctuary. Bobcats are loyal souls, so don' be surprised that she may well be keeping an eye on you, equally, she is happy that you are near. I am so happy that you had not disclosed the location of this family to ensure that ruthless poachers do not get an opportunity to track her and the kittens. Live long and prosper mummy bobcat and your lovely kittens.
