TL;DR: I inadvertently took the summer off from uploading! It wasn’t an overtly conscious decision - but after 7 years of making videos on YouTube, it was very nice to spend a summer break really connecting with my wife and kids. They’re back in school now so it’s back to the grind over here…but we had never been in a position to really seize opportunities. Spur of the moment road trips, unplanned days of fun…relaxing the day away sometimes. Amazing!

It was also a great opportunity to really evaluate where I want this channel to go, who I am as a collector and what toy collecting means to me. I attended events with no camera, no goals - and that really made me realize I genuinely do love this hobby and this lifestyle well beyond the YouTube aspect. And that, in turn, gets me even more hyped to make videos going forward.

I hope you enjoy this simple flea market video that I posted a teaser for weeks ago. I know the meaning behind it confused some folks but questions or concerns should be answered now. Coming up, I’m really looking forward to sharing the aspects of toy collecting, toy buying - even toy dealing that are really exciting me currently. See ya SOON!

I really don't need to see amazing finds. It’s cool just to see what you pick up and to see what is still out there.

These "small potatoes" videos are what got me hooked years ago. I love pausing the videos just to see all the random stuff on the tables.

Your honesty, decency and transparency is what puts your videos above every other YouTube collector I’ve come across.

Being consistent going flea markets or car boot sales here in the UK is the key, I can go to several on different days and find nothing, but that next time you go was worth the wait after all the travelling and early mornings we do toy hunting 🙂

I feel this is what most of your videos were, before you started specializing in toys. Loved the old yard sale/flea market flips.
Almost ASMR 😂
