The whole list you provide about the claims - "loose morals," witchcraft, incest, and all of that - are called "stock charges," and were popular during the medieval and Renaissance eras. They were supposed to rouse hatred among the common folk and give open license to the nobility to dislike and even support the execution of the accused, and they almost always were political. Men were typically accused of treason, atheism, heresy, incest and loads of other crimes, and foreigners had common tropes tossed in their direction according to country (as the Sforzas did) with the accusation "spy" thrown in for good measure.
