"Charles Xavier did more for mutants than you'll ever know. My biggest regret is that he had to die for our dream to live." - Magneto

"CHARLES!" Right at that moment, EVERYONE knew magneto truly loved his old friend.

Kinda bittersweet that the last person Charles Xavier sees every time he dies has always been Logan.

Logan had to watch Charles die twice. And twice, Charles' last moments were spent smiling at Logan.

I prefer this version of Dark Phoenix than the new one. This one is actually dark compared to Sophie Turner's character who's just too passive in my opinion.

The Phoenix won, but it's a testament to the incredible power of Xavier that he was able to resist her attack so long, still be able to slow down "time" enough to deliver one last lesson, and transport his consciousness into the body of the man Mora was taking care of. Nobody else could've pulled that off.

This scene hit me really deep. Despite their differences, Magneto and Xavier are still close friends. They want the same thing but have different ways of accomplishing it like Malcolm X and Martin Luther. Magneto did want to use Jean as a weapon, but not have Charles die.
