Doc memorized everything Ringo did and mimic it perfectly. That’s when Ringo new Doc Holiday was going to be a problem.

Doc wasn't looking Ringo in the eyes cause he was studying Ringo's movement and how fast he was and in the End Doc knew he could beat Ringo

To master the skills he exhibited in the saloon scene meeting Doc Holliday for the first time, Micheal Biehn spent two weeks working with a Pistol Trick Shot Artist. This was Val Kilmer’s best role in my opinion. It’s a shame he did not win the Oscar for best Supporting Actor.

I've heard Michael Biehn, who was a perfect foil for Val Kilmer's Doc, improvised the little moustache stroke at the end of his display and the director loved it.

TB is a slow killer. It allows man to still practice his artistry, while hes still slowly dying. Jimmie Rogers made his best music while he was slowly dying from tuberculosis.

I was just about to comment when Trust Ash said basically what I was. Johnny gave Doc everything he needed to know including drawing twice. Doc only showed Johnny that he wasn't impressed. Most importantly Doc just learned that he most definitely would win if they were to dual.
