They could teleport Tesla back, but couldn’t follow the Watcher? Or just teleport the machine to one of the endless uninhabited universes? They figured out infinite energy in a few weeks but weren’t interested in spending a month or two to figure out how to fix the machine? Such a rushed ending

I think the last one is pretty silly. They had the ability to send Tesla back home, but they couldn't just send the machine to one of the uninhabitable ones? And even if they couldn't do it right now, they did it before. 300 years with infinite energy is plenty of time to rebuild something they already knew how to make.

Imagine being "the most inventive mind on the planet" but then being too stupid to just send the <i>Universe-Cooker Ultimate 9000</i> to an uninhabitable universe.<br><br>I like the idea of the last SCP, but the concept could've worked better if the device were constructed in our universe and simply couldn't be moved.
