Cutting communication to a military base is sabotage:<br>Federal penalties for military and national defense sabotage range from 5 to 30 years in federal prison, depending on whether the act happens during peacetime or wartime. Give me a ring when you are out and about.

What should have happened was the police should have put her in handcuffs for detainment until Federal Authorities arrived. This way she could not just take off and leave everyone hanging.

How was she able to do that after the federal government knew she committed a federal felony.She should have been in jail or at least removed from the HOA committee.The committee would have been at risk of federal fines or dissolution.
