  Lake Wales has a &nbsp;beautifully &nbsp;restored historical downtown area with lots of things going on. Farmers market and evening things <br> Especially around holiday times . Lots of concerts of all kinds.

But rent for a 3bd house averages 3,400 a month while most homes are 500k and above. Schools are bad. If you want to dine out most chain restaurants will have you spending 80 to 100+ for 2 people 😢
