The total box office gross of all WB movies combined in 2025 was $4.4 billion. For Paramount, it was $1.42 billion. All the profit from their box office combined won't even be enough to pay the interest on their debt.

Good news if they can't buy Warner Bross. I really don't like all media being controlled by so few people; that should have never been allowed anyway. There is no way a merger this big doesn't fall under antitrust laws

The Ellisons are not movie producers, they are Data Brokers and Private Equity. The goal is NOT to make WB and Paramount profitable ... their goal is to mine your Personal Data, saddle the movie studios with billions in debt, sell off the real estate assets, and then let WB Paramount go bankrupt to erase the debt AND Oracle's debt.
