I am so proud to be part of the original team that opened GnG. It was a fun and challenging journey that every person on that small team of 7 did amazing on. I Learned a ton during my time working for George, he is a really gifted coach, and he's one of the best bosses I ever had.

I like George's ideas.  I have tossed around ideas since the early 2000s.  I have yet to find a way to make it profitable in California.

It's interesting that basically you have a coffee shop... since 85% of your revenue is food, drinks, beer, wine, and only 15% is games and merch...<br>I wonder if something like Starbucks is similar, where it's 85% the above, and 15% mugs, ground coffee bags, and other merch?<br>The question I have is this: are 85% of your food and drink purchases due to gamers? Or do people just walk in because you are the local coffee shop, or the best quick sandwich around? Or rather: WHAT % of your entire business is due to gamers? <br>I've been to your store (love it, wish it was closer), and 50% of your space is meant for gamers to play... so is that space facilitating the food and coffee sales, or is that it's own separate thing that's being subsidized by the F&B?

Question for George, since he said he would do it differently now: if the store had a liquor license, how much more of a percentage do you think those alcohol sales might increase ?
