    Interesting point by Kotkin. Anyway, everyone thinks Stalin was the big loser in the letter but I say it was Bukharin. Lenin says he wasn't 'fully Marxian' and didn't understand dialects! To say that of a Marxist theoretician as Bukharin was assumed to be in the party is a real insult.

    Although my heart has always to the left, from Lenin on down these thugs were all mass murderers whatever "historical dialects" they supposedly followed. The tsarist regime was awfuly, but that created in and after 1917 was far worse.
