I just moved from Oregon after living there for over 30 years, I will never go back to that state for any reason, and I still own land there so that should tell you something, Oregon has become California 2.0 so if you want to live here in the state know what your getting into. If you have it they will find a way to tax it, yes there is no sales tax but over the last 5 yrs or so they have found other ways to get your tax dollars, Now this is based on my own personal experience, but wanted to share.
