  Jesus that slice of Leberkäs was so thin you could almost see through it. In some German cities this would be considered a crime.

  Got to spend an entire year in Germany, 2006. Can not think of any food that I did not love!<br>My greatest find was mettwurst, or just mett! Could eat it 24/7!<br>And the traditional ? German breakfast of brotchen, METT, and sliced meat and cheese. Incredible idea!<br>They that say Deutschland has no good food have obviously never spent any time there!<br>Love you two, never miss a video, and if i do, definitely make certain to watch it!

  Oh this bought back so many memories, my gran and pop ! Remembered with so much love❤ I think through my childhood I only heard gran talk a few times, most of her speach was noices and sounds. My poppa always knew what she was saying though..... they had met in a concentration camp and the noices she made were their way of talking so many years ago. Lunch was always huge, always incorporated potatoes &nbsp;and usually snitzel. I have never had anyone focus on food so much, she would start preparing for lunch straight after breakfast and her potatoes were unbelievable!! Dinner was always rye bread and rolls with plates full of cheeses, sliced meats and onions. She showed her love through food and I will never forget how amazing she made things taste! Pure, simple, unprocessed deliciousness! ❤
