I have to tell you. I made this for my hubby (who is hard to please). I followed along even using the mandolin. My husband raved! He said it was better than a fancy restaurant! Thank you soooo much.

I remember my dad putting 4 slices of bread ( broken up), milk, egg, onion, Bell's seasoning and ketchup. Then his hands did the magic ✨ The loaf he formed put into Into a cake pan with ketchup and baked in the oven.

The meat loaf turned out great but I would take less time preparing it. By chopping all the herbs at the same time. Onion, garlic, parsley, rosemary and chilly pepper. Adding Salt and pepper several times didn't seem necessary to me. Unless you wanted to creat a long video. That's for sharing the recipe. 😂👍❤🇨🇦🇯🇲

Definitely hand mixing!! Ground beef, eggs, a little ketchup, lightly sauteed onions, Lipton Beefy Onion soup, a little water and Stove Top Stuffing Chicken flavored. Bake at 350° one hour. My family doesn't like the glaze on it. Easy and quick. Great meatloaf my grandma made!!

My mother used the meatloaf recipe that was on the back of the Quaker Oats box. It was always good. Back in the 60's & 70's I dont remember anybody going to all this trouble & expense to make meatloaf
