  The scene with Dylan exploding was filmed so fucking well. It actually made me gasp. I even knew it was coming because I read the book, but it still made my jaw drop just because of the cinematography of it

  Spontaneous is a great movie, to be honest. It&apos;s got a really heartwarming message by the end of it.<br><br>The exploding heads is a nice bonus, too.

  If they are quarantined, why are the doctors talking to them without masks or any sort of protection, and why are they all kept in the same room? What if only one person has it and they just infected everyone else?
